Project Manager (Civil & Interiors)

Job Summary
We are seeking passionate, enthusiastic, and result-driven Project Managers – Civil to join our growing team. You will be responsible for planning, execution, quality control, and timely delivery of construction activities while
ensuring compliance with safety and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist/Lead in planning and managing civil construction projects from start to
  completion
• Review architectural and structural drawings, BOQs, and project specifications
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, labour teams, and vendors for smooth
  execution
• Prepare or support in preparing project schedules, resource allocation, and cost
  estimates
• Monitor work progress, timelines, and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety protocols are implemented effectively
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders for project updates
• Generate MIS, daily/weekly progress reports, and highlight potential risks or delays
• Ensure adherence to building codes, statutory regulations, and environmental norms

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong fundamentals in Civil Engineering and construction practices
• For freshers: Good academic knowledge, willingness to learn, and hands-on
  approach
• For experienced professionals: Proven track record in project execution & team
  handling
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project management tools (MS Project
  preferred)
• Leadership qualities, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills
• Knowledge of contract management, billing, BOQs, and site documentation (for
  experienced)
• Awareness of IS codes, safety standards, and local by-laws

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory); Master’s degree preferred
• Freshers: Candidates with strong academic knowledge & internship/project experience
• Experienced (5+ years): Candidates with hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects
• PMP or Project Management certification is an added advantage
