Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and target-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, social media, and networking
- Understand client requirements and propose relevant products/services
- Support in preparing and delivering sales proposals, presentations, and client pitches
- Manage and update CRM systems with accuracy, ensuring smooth sales tracking
- Regularly follow up with prospects and assist in closing sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery
- Attend industry events, trade shows, or client meetings to promote the company’s offerings
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and prepare sales performance reports
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
- Passion for sales, business development, and client interaction
- Basic understanding of lead generation and sales cycles (training will be provided for
freshers) - Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office is an advantage
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Negotiation and relationship-building skills
Qualifications
- Any Graduate (BE, BTech, BBA, BCom, MBA, etc.)
- Freshers with enthusiasm for sales are strongly encouraged to apply
- 1–4 years of prior experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition is an added advantage
- Experience in industries like IT, real estate, facility management, or consulting is a plus
