Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients through research, cold calling, email
    campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and pitch presentations to win new
    business.
  • Attend and support client meetings, demos, and follow-ups with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, track leads, and update the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve sales targets.
  • Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and networking
    opportunities.
  • Provide actionable market insights on competitors, trends, and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth client
    onboarding and project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate (BBA, MBA, BE, B.Tech, B.Com, BCA, or any discipline).
  • 0-2 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or inside sales.
  • Prior B2B experience in industries such as IT, real estate, facility management, or services will be an added advantage.
