Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through research, cold calling, email
campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking. - Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and pitch presentations to win new
business. - Attend and support client meetings, demos, and follow-ups with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate sales records, track leads, and update the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve sales targets.
- Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and networking
opportunities. - Provide actionable market insights on competitors, trends, and client expectations.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth client
onboarding and project delivery.

Qualifications
- Any Graduate (BBA, MBA, BE, B.Tech, B.Com, BCA, or any discipline).
- 0-2 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or inside sales.
- Prior B2B experience in industries such as IT, real estate, facility management, or services will be an added advantage.
