Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring new clients, generating revenue, and leading B2B business development initiatives. This role demands strong negotiation skills, client engagement expertise, and market intelligence to achieve organizational growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through networking,
referrals, and lead generation. - Build strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and industry partners.
- Deliver impactful pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Drive revenue growth through B2B client acquisition, account expansion, and
upselling. - Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) for
seamless deal execution. - Maintain and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools; provide accurate forecasts and
reports. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging markets.
- Represent the company at business conferences, networking events, and exhibitions.
- Ensure a smooth handover of clients to the operations team post-deal closure.

- Strong B2B business development and sales closure experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex stakeholder interactions.
- Proficient in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and MS Office.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account
Management. - Prior experience in Facility Services, Infrastructure, IT, Construction, or Industrial
Sales preferred. - Certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Strategic Growth (optional but a plus).
