Job Summary:
We are looking for passionate Site Engineer Interns (Final-Year Students) to join our on ground execution team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-time site operations in interior fit-outs and civil/interior execution projects. Interns will work closely with project engineers, designers, vendors, and contractors, gaining practical knowledge of site processes and industry best practices. This role is ideal for students seeking strong field exposure, skill development, and a structured project-based internship with certification.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Site Engineer Intern, you will:
Work with senior engineers to understand project schedules, sequencing, and on-site challenges.
Assist in day-to-day on-site supervision of interior/civil activities.
Learn to read and interpret basic drawings and support implementation on-site.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for smooth workflow and material management.
Support measurement work, BOQ preparation, and documentation under guidance.
Conduct basic quality checks and ensure workmanship standards are maintained.
Observe and learn site safety practices, compliance requirements, and material handling.
Prepare daily progress reports (DPRs) and assist in project tracking activities.
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic understanding of interior/civil materials and construction processes.
- Willingness to learn project execution and on-site coordination.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong observation, problem-solving, and adaptability on field.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD / MS Excel (preferred but not mandatory).
Qualifications:
- Final-year students pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s in: – Civil Engineering – Interior Design – Architecture – Construction Management – Or a related field.
- Academic project or prior internship exposure in interiors/civil works will be an advantage.
- Strong interest in on-site execution and project management.
