Project Engineer (Civil & Interiors)

Job Summary
We are hiring Project Engineers – Interior Fit-Outs to join our growing projects team. The role involves executing and coordinating interior projects with a focus on quality, cost, and
timely delivery. Candidates will work closely with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure flawless implementation of commercial, residential, or corporate interiors.

• Freshers / Entry-Level: Will support senior engineers in site supervision, vendor coordination, and project documentation.
• Experienced (5+ years): Will independently manage site execution, supervise contractors, handle client interactions, and ensure end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

For Freshers / Entry-Level:

• Assist in day-to-day site execution and supervision of interior works.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for timely material delivery.
• Support in preparing BOQs, measurement sheets, and project documentation.
• Conduct quality checks under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Learn project tracking tools, drawings interpretation, and site safety practices.
• Ensure site activities follow design and safety standards.
  For Experienced Professionals (5+ Years):
• Take ownership of interior project execution from mobilization to handover.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and ensure correct site implementation.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost control.
• Supervise site teams, contractors, and vendors to achieve timelines.
• Handle client meetings, progress updates, and approvals.
• Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety norms.
• Maintain site MIS, daily progress reports, and project documentation.
• Resolve site-level challenges and ensure smooth project completion.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, detailing, and MEP services.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, project tracking tools.
• Good communication and client-handling abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Team player with leadership potential (for experienced role).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Freshers / Final Year Students with internship/project experience in interiors are welcome.
• Experienced: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in executing interior fit-out projects.
• Certification in PMP / Primavera / Project Management tools (preferred, not mandatory).
