Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Bangalore. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced professionals who are passionate about recruitment, candidate engagement, and organizational growth. The selected candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple functions while ensuring a seamless hiring experience and aligning with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting,
  coordinating interviews, and offer rollout.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and
  internal databases.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job
  descriptions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the candidate database / ATS with accurate information.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication.
• Support campus drives, recruitment campaigns, and walk-in interviews.
• Generate and share recruitment reports (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-acceptance
  ratio, etc.).
• Assist in pre-joining engagement and onboarding documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination, multitasking, and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic understanding of employment laws and HR practices.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ATS/HRMS platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate .
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  (preferred for experienced).
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency) preferred.
• Freshers with strong interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
• Certifications in Recruitment, HR Analytics, or Behavioral Interviewing (a plus).
