Talent Acquisition / HR Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to drive recruitment strategies and deliver exceptional hiring experiences. This role is open to both freshers and experienced professionals who are enthusiastic about recruitment, talent management, and employer branding.
The ideal candidate will be eager to design, implement, and execute hiring strategies that attract top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for roles across departments.
• Partner with business leaders to define hiring requirements and role specifications.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals,
  and networking.
• Conduct screenings, interviews, assessments, and final round coordination.
• Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and hiring dashboards.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in events, job fairs, and
  campus drives.
• Track and report recruitment KPIs (TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio).
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience from application through onboarding.
• Mentor junior recruiters or support recruitment executives as required.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge/experience in full-cycle recruitment (preferred).
• Strong interest in sourcing techniques, social recruiting, and hiring platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset with interest in HR data and dashboards.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or ATS tools (preferred).

Qualifications

• Any Graduate .
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
  (preferred for experienced candidates).
• Certifications in HR / Talent Acquisition (preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers with interest in HR & recruitment are encouraged to apply.
